Attire
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Leave jewelry at home, since many services require you to remove your jewelry.

Policy for Minors
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa.

This is your personal, exceptional journey. Please communicate with your service provider or any member of our staff if you are uncomfortable or unsatisfied at any time.

For New Guests

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take full advantage of your scheduled time..

Level of Comfort
This is your journey and the level of undress is completely up to you. You will always be covered except for the area being worked on at the time. Your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance.

Cancellation
We require a credit card for all appointments and 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Business Hours
Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-11am are booked a minimum 4 months ahead of schedule.
